Our meals were delicious and everything was so reasonably priced given the location of the restaurant! My Dad got the ribeye which was cooked perfectly and had so much flavor! My Mom and I had one of the fish dishes and the beef dishes. Everything was so delicious. Best meal of our trip! Definitely make sure you get a reservation, we stayed within walking distance of the restaurant and noticed it was packed every night.

We had a great experience at Columbia. Easy booking, awesome food, and great service. The interior is gorgeous with all the Spanish tiles. Loved the complementary, freshly baked warm bread with butter - something I took for granted and dearly miss from South African and Australia.

We made reservations for the Flamenco show and it was a truly unique and fun experience. Our server was awesome in the show room. Can’t remember his name but was a California transplant and you could tell he cared about catering a great experience for his people. We ordered the 1905 salad, filet, and the seafood paella. It was all excellent. We ordered cocktails from the program and they were nice, including the Cuban old fashion. The RG Reserve was really nice and only available at The Columbia. My wife said the filet was great and she had one the night before at Bern’s. The paella was so loaded with seafood it was crazy. We wanted dessert but had zero room. The dancers were awesome entertainment. This is a must-do when visiting Tampa.

Delicious food and drinks, friendly staff, and beautiful atmosphere. I stayed in Spain for 5 months, and this is some of the most authentic Spanish cuisine I’ve had since. Some of the dishes have Cuban influence as well. We arrived around 3pm on a Saturday, and the restaurant was fairly busy, yet we were seated immediately in the courtyard by the beautiful statue/fountain. For drinks we had the red sangria, which was sweet but could have been a bit stronger, and the margarita garrafón which was truly top tier. Bread came out warm and it was a generous serving per person. We ordered tapas to share, and every single one came out hot and fresh. The gambas al ajillo were super flavorful and the oil was perfect for dipping. The Ybor City Devil crab croquettes were crispy on the outside, flavorful with both red bell pepper and chili flakes inside alongside the crab. The cakes de Cangrejo were full of crab meat seasoned flavorfully, with a delicious sauce. For the Scallops Casimiro, we asked they be made with oil instead of butter and were easily accommodated. The scallops were everyone’s favorite, melt in your mouth with a perfect breadcrumb topping. One of our group ordered the Cuban sandwich with Spanish bean soup and he said it was delicious as well. I would absolutely come back, and would suggest it to others as well! My only warning is that there are many pescatarian options, but very few fully vegetarian dishes, though they exist.

Delicious food, very filling! This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to based on ambiance and decor. If you love Spanish style architecture and details, I highly recommend. The tables and pitchers were also beautiful and the waiter was very attentive. It was a little crowded when we went.

I celebrated my birthday there on Friday and it was phenomenal. The service was amazing and the food was the food was delicious. I really loved the tapas and the Pollo Manchego was divine. The lechon asado was good but could have been better maybe I just like mine better. The only negative thing I can say is that the Sangria was nothing special. I absolutely love Sangria and do not get me wrong it was good but far from the best. Overall I was impressed and I look forward to returning.

We came in with a table of 10 and were welcomed quickly with great service from the start. We ordered the sangria for the table, and it really hit the spot after a hot day. A few of us thought it leaned a little sweet, but overall it was delicious. The bread was so good we honestly wanted to take some home for the next day. We also ordered the croquettes and empanadas, which were absolutely savory, flavorful, and mouthwatering. The salad was decent, but it had tough competition following those appetizers. The ropa vieja was very good, although a little heavier on the tomato flavor than expected. I had the seafood paella, which was incredibly filling — I couldn’t even finish it. Some at the table thought the seafood flavor was a bit strong, but overall it was still enjoyable. To end the night, we had the flan and apple pie, and both were amazing desserts that perfectly hit the spot. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again!

We went to the Columbia Restaurant at Saint Augustine Florida. We all started with the mojitos then we all got the 1905 salad we also got the Cuban sandwich, rice and black beans with fried sweet plantains, Garbanzo soup, flan, cafe con leche. The place was amazing. All the food was fantastic. We enjoyed it. Remember to make your reservation before you go there. And be sure to check out the sites while you’re there.

Columbia was recommended to us by two locals. The restaurant is excellent. Its interiors are vintage and classy. Service is great. And the food was too good. I really enjoyed their Shrimp Salteado with yellow rice. Obviously started with some Cuban ‘old-fashioned’ cocktails. We also had a Columbian sandwich on the table which was great too
